I made this on an absolute whim… Never made green juice on my own before but I had a bunch of random veggies left over in my refrigerator. Now that I think about it, I don’t even know if this is considered a “juice” because I didn’t “juice” any of the vegetables. I just blended everything together in my nutribullet and it turned out AMAZING! The key to a good juice is adding citrus and a “zing” like ginger in this case. It gives it that extra kick/flavor boost.
This recipe is Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) and candida friendly. It is also gut healing and gives you an energy boost.
For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 Cup coconut milk
- 1 Celery stalk
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 Handful of spinach
- 1 Teaspoon of ginger
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 Spring of mint
- 1/1 Lemon
- Combine ingredients in a blender until fully incorporated and smooth.
