INSANELY DELICIOUS ALERT! This recipe is AMAZING and takes less than 5 minutes to put together! I seriously outdid myself on this one… it is wayyyy better than I anticipated. The fresh strawberries are so sweet that you don’t even need honey, maple syrup or any other natural sweeteners.
This snack is Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) friendly because it uses carob powder instead of cocoa powder. The texture of this is so thick and creamy, like a mousse. It makes your taste buds SING! It’s got a great source of fat with the addition of the avocado and coconut cream. For AIP, be sure to check the label on the coconut cream (make sure it does not contain guar gum).
For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 Handful of strawberries (cut off the end with the leaves)
- 1 Tablespoon of carob powder
- 1 Handful of blueberries
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- In a blender, combine ingredients together until smooth and fully incorporated.
- Pour into a bowl and serve!
